Urgent: Content ID Whitelist Request - Appeal Already Submitted on YouTube

Hello iMusician Community Team,

Hope you are doing well!

Our band, REDSTAIN, recently distributed our new album through iMusician. Back on May 27th, we filled out the official form (OAC) to whitelist our channel, but we understand you might be busy and haven’t had the chance to process it yet.

In the meantime, the Content ID system automatically placed a claim on our newest official lyric video. We tried to open a standard dispute, but it was automatically turned down by the system. Since we want to make sure the video stays up, we moved forward with an Appeal via YouTube Studio.

Could you please help us review our whitelist request and release this automated claim? We want to make sure our official band channel is fully cleared.

OAC requests are only possible for AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro users. As a Rockstar user, unfortunately you cannot have access to this service.

It’s not necessary to dispute the claims. We’ve added your channel to the allowlist, it should take effect on YouTube’s side in about 4-5 days.
