Urgent Copyright Complaint – Unauthorized Distribution and Content ID Claim

Hello iMusician Team,

I am reporting an unauthorized distribution of my recording and requesting the removal of an incorrect Content ID claim.

Claim Details:

  • Claimed Content: Nazron Ne Samjha
  • Claimed Artist: Nitesh Kumar
  • Claimant: iMusician Digital AG
  • Content Type: Audio
  • Claimed Segment: 0:00 – 5:30

My Original Recording:

The release distributed through iMusician appears to contain audio taken from my YouTube upload without my authorization. I did not grant permission to Nitesh Kumar or any other party to distribute, monetize, register, or claim this recording through Content ID.

As a result of this unauthorized distribution, a copyright claim has been placed on my own video. This is causing revenue and ownership issues for content that I uploaded first.

I request that iMusician immediately investigate this release, remove the infringing distribution from all platforms, and disable any associated Content ID claims generated from it.

I have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by me, my agent, or the law. I declare under penalty of perjury that the information provided in this notice is accurate and that I am the owner of the recording identified above.

Please confirm receipt of this complaint and inform me of the actions taken.

Hey @thenileshroy the content was already flagged internally by our legal team and taken down since last Friday. I checked on YouTube and I cannot find it so it looks like the takedowns are already effective :slight_smile:
