The recording already has an original ISRC assigned through Ditto, but a different, incorrect ISRC has been assigned in iMusician. Could you please replace the incorrect iMusician ISRC with the original Ditto ISRC and ensure that the original ISRC is used for delivery to Traxsource? If delivery has already taken place, please arrange the necessary metadata correction with Traxsource.
Please make this correction without cancelling or taking down the release and without delaying its scheduled release date of October 22, 2026. Please confirm urgently that the correction can be made and the release date preserved.
For privacy, I am not posting the full ISRCs or EAN in this community topic. I can send the correct Ditto ISRC, the incorrect iMusician ISRC, and the release EAN privately to your support team. Please let me know the appropriate private channel or send me a private message.
Thank you for your urgent assistance.

Thank you for your reply. Before I pay the €10 modification fee, could you please clarify the exact status of J-Sun Rivera – Jovian (CCR003), scheduled for October 22, 2026? Has it only been paid and submitted for review, or has it already been approved and delivered to Traxsource? The Spanish FAQ says ISRCs cannot be changed once a release has been approved and delivered, so I would appreciate clarification on which stage applies here.
I understand that ISRC changes are excluded from the standard modification service. Could you please escalate this case to the distribution team to assess whether an exception or a direct metadata correction with Traxsource is possible, so that the recording retains its original Ditto ISRC? Please confirm whether the €10 service could actually resolve this specific issue before I purchase it.
My priority is to preserve the October 22, 2026 release date. Please do not cancel, take down, or postpone the release. I am requesting clarification and a review of the available options, not authorising a cancellation or a paid service.
I can provide both ISRCs and the EAN privately to your support team.
Thank you for looking into this urgently.

Your release has not been delivered yet. However, it’s already been paid and the ISRCs cannot be modified at this stage.
The 10€ service cannot resolve this issue as the ISRCs cannot be modified once you’ve paid and submitted the order. The only solution is to take down the release and recreate it.
Thank you for clarifying that Jovian (CCR003) has not yet been delivered and that the €10 modification service cannot resolve the ISRC issue.
Before I decide whether to withdraw and recreate the release with the original Ditto ISRC, could you please confirm:
Can iMusician preserve the scheduled October 22, 2026 release date, specifically on Traxsource, if the release is withdrawn and recreated now? What processing time and deadline would apply, and would expedited handling be necessary?
Would the payment for the current, undelivered order be refunded or credited towards the replacement order?
What additional costs, if any, would apply for withdrawal, resubmission, or expedited handling? Please confirm the total before any charge.
What exact steps should I follow to recreate the release with its original Ditto ISRC?
Please do not withdraw, cancel, take down, or postpone the current release at this point. This message is a request for information only; I have not authorised a withdrawal, a replacement order, or any additional payment. Keeping the October 22 release date is my priority.
I can provide the ISRCs and EAN privately if needed.
Sadly not, since taking down the release already requires 2-4 weeks.
No, you will have to pay the new release.
There are no costs for the takedown. To resubmit the release, you will have to pay the normal distribution price.
Takedown the release. Then go to your iMusician dashboard, create a new release and re-upload the audio files. This time make sure to enter the ISRC code in the dedicated field, otherwise a new one will be automatically applied. Once you’ve re-created the release, double check that all the information is correct and submit your order.
We do not take action on your behalf, don’t worry.
