Urgent: Locked Custom

Hello imusican team,
I am locked in a technical loop and need human support.

1. My release “Un million de fois” is stuck in draft because my custom label (“imusican/Yasmina Farine Official”) triggers a 0€ basket synchronization error and a “Label Missing” block. I have already paid for my custom label.
2. My second track “Vos Dieux” has disappeared from my library.

Could a human agent please reach out to me in private of fix this synchronization?

This release (EAN 4071624227735) was successfully paid and submitted on September 27th, with the right label. On our end, nothing looks unusual.
