My release was scheduled for 27th December 2024 and as of now (30th December 2024) the release has not been delivered to all requested platforms. (EAN 4069493128086)
Why was iMusician not capable of delivering the release as planned?
Your release was delivered to all the selected shops on 09.12.2024, but some of them seem to have rejected your music (i.e. Apple Music & Spotify).
I’m sorry if your release didn’t make it on all the shops you initially selected, but there’s nothing we can do here to challenge the shops’ decision to refuse your music
@Carlos
In your previous message you state that Spotify and other platforms have rejected the music. This information is wrong; the truth is that i.e. Spotify, has never received the music from you. This has been confirmed to me by their customer services.
I recommend that you deliver the music to the requested platforms as it had been agreed and paid for as soon as it is possible. If this is not being taken care of further steps will be taken.
@mitdebussyundravel that’s correct, your music was not delivered to Spotify because your release contains artists that are blacklistedby the platform (this is the reason they provided to us).
The release definitely does not contain artists that are blacklisted. In addition be aware that all relevant copyright issues have been resolved with the collecting society long before the data has been uploaded to iMusician. There is no ground to refuse it.
“this is the reason they provided to us”
WHO told you that and WHEN? The platforms (if yes, which platforms specifically) or iMusician’s delivery team?
I want to see the PROOF of these messages.
