Hi,
I have multiple releases scheduled for October. One release scheduled for October 23 has already passed the quality check, while another release scheduled for October 23 and, more importantly, a release scheduled for October 16 are still showing the status “Submitted – Waiting for release review”.
I submitted these releases well in advance, and I need them to be delivered to Spotify as soon as possible because the artists need to claim their Spotify for Artists profiles and submit their tracks for Spotify editorial playlist consideration before the release date.
Could you please check why these releases are still waiting for review and help prioritize the October 16 release?
We understand your concern but our team is currently dealing with a very high number of releases and they’re doing their best to process them all as soon as possible.
Thanks for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your reply.
I understand the situation. I would just like to have confirmation regarding the scheduled release dates.
Can you please confirm that the release scheduled for October 16 will be released on that date, and that the other two releases scheduled for November 23 will also be released on their scheduled date, despite still being under review?
Can you confirm that these release dates will be respected?
Hi Carlos,
sorry to follow up again, but since the first release is scheduled for October 16 , I really need confirmation that the scheduled release date will be respected.
Could you please confirm that this release will be delivered to the stores in time and will be available on October 16 as scheduled ?
Secondly, could you also confirm that the other releases scheduled for October 23 will be delivered and released on time?
Finally, in case there is any issue with a release that could prevent it from being delivered or released on the scheduled date, how far in advance does iMusician normally notify the customer? I need to understand whether we would be informed in sufficient time to take action before the release date.
Thank you very much for your help and clarification.
Yes the scheduled release dates will be respected. If anything’s wrong with the metadata you’ve submitted, our team lets you know immediately via e-mail.
Thank you for the confirmation.
Just one last clarification: is there a minimum amount of time before the scheduled release date by which the quality check is guaranteed to be completed?
For example, could a metadata issue potentially be identified and communicated only one day before the scheduled release , or is the quality check always completed within a specific minimum timeframe before the release date?
I’m asking because I need to know how much time we would have to correct any potential issue without affecting the scheduled release date.
Hi Carlos,
I understand that the timing of the quality check depends on the team’s workload. However, I need clarification on one important point.
Since you confirmed that the scheduled release dates will be respected, what happens if the quality check is carried out very close to the release date and an issue is found?
As a label, we plan promotion and communication in advance, so we need sufficient notice if there is any risk that a release will not go live on the scheduled date.
Could a release theoretically fail to go live because of an issue communicated only one or two days before the release date, or do you guarantee enough time to correct any issue while still respecting the scheduled release date?
I need to understand this clearly for our release planning.
Today is October 13, and we have two releases scheduled for October 23 that are still pending Quality Assurance review.
We are honestly a little concerned, considering there are only 10 days left before the scheduled release date.
Could you please confirm whether this is still within your normal processing timeframe and, most importantly, whether both releases are expected to go live as scheduled on October 23?
If there are any issues that need to be corrected, we would appreciate being informed as soon as possible to avoid jeopardizing the scheduled release dates.
I completely understand your concern, but as I’ve told you the current processing times are a result of our QA team’s high workload. I can ensure you that they’re doing their best to process orders as quickly as possible and I thank you again for your patience.
I understand that your QA team is experiencing a high workload, but I would like to emphasize how important it is for us that the scheduled release dates are respected.
We have already experienced a serious issue in the past when a scheduled release date was missed, causing significant problems for us.
Today is October 13, and we have two releases scheduled for October 23 that are still awaiting review.
I am therefore asking you to do everything necessary to ensure that both releases go live on October 23 as scheduled, without any delays.
These release dates were planned well in advance and are tied to specific promotional activities and professional commitments.
It is absolutely essential for us that the October 23 release date is respected. I kindly ask you to check the situation and provide us with a concrete confirmation.
I am contacting you regarding two releases scheduled for October 23, 2026, both of which have already passed the quality check and have been approved by iMusician.
However, we have not yet received the Spotify Artist URIs for either release.
As we manage the distribution and promotion of these artists through our label, Aemme Recording Studios, we urgently need the Artist URIs to claim their Spotify for Artists profiles and submit their tracks for editorial playlist consideration before the release date.
Could you please check whether Spotify has already assigned the Artist URIs and provide them to us as soon as possible?
If the URIs are not yet available, could you confirm when we can expect to receive them?
Given that the release date is only a few days away, we would greatly appreciate your urgent assistance.
Thank you for forwarding my request to Melani and Fabiola.
Could you please let me know when I can expect a response?
Today is October 18, and both releases are scheduled for October 23. Both have already been approved, but I still haven’t received the Spotify Artist URIs.
With only five days remaining before the release date, I would appreciate an estimated timeframe for receiving the URIs.
hi @Aemme , you can expect the answer starting from Monday, the support is obviously closed on Weekends, but the effective date depends on the workload of the Team
