Hi everyone,
I am reaching out here because standard support is asking me to pay a 10€ fee to fix a technical error caused by the platform itself, which I find to be an unacceptable business practice.
My work is titled “Ideal Universal”, but in the CLASSICAL WORK TITLE section of my dashboard, the iMusician system has automatically inverted the words and currently displays: “Universal ideal in C major”.
This is not a “change of mind” or a modification request; it is a correction of a mapping error generated by iMusician’s metadata processing. The current semantic translation is incorrect and severely damages the integrity of my classical music release scheduled for February 27th.
I have requested a free correction, but it was denied, forcing me to pay for a system glitch that was not my fault. I refuse to pay for a technical failure on the provider’s side. If this is not resolved immediately, I will escalate this claim to the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for unfair commercial practices.
Could a moderator please look into this and restore the metadata to its original and correct form:
“Ideal Universal in C major”?
Release Details:
Correct Title: Ideal Universal in C major
Release ID: 4069493641370
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
