When switching my files from 32 bit to 24 the files corrupted. I have the corrected files ready, but I can’t seem to change it anywhere on the website. Where should I send them to get this fixed.

I’m sorry to hear that.
I assume you’re referring to your upcoming release, Empty Garage (EP).
I can confirm that the release has already been approved and is scheduled to go live tomorrow. If you need to request changes, you can do so by opening the release and clicking Edit > Request change.
You’ll then be prompted to either pay for the modification or subscribe to one of our plans, which lets you request modifications at no extra cost, along with other perks.
Once you’ve chosen one of the two available options and sent the correct audio files, I’ll do my best to provide an update as soon as possible.
Hi Maurizio, thank you for the quick response! The current files are corrupted due to a technical error during the conversion. Is there any way to swap them since it’s a technical corruption issue rather than a creative change? I have the drive link ready to go right now to make it a 5 minute fix on your end! Or does it need to be an additional purchase for just that small change. I appreciate the help.

The EP is currently out with the wrong audio. Any clue when this would be fixed?
Following up yet again. I have sent the $10 modification fee. My project has gone live on schedule. Without the modifications I had paid for. My project is currently an unlistenable mess full of everything my producer forgot to isolate when switching from 32 bit to 24 bit. This included the backing tracks from other artists. I dont know how it made it all the way through without being flagged. But I would love it if the release i payed for, payed extra for at that, would be able to have the files I’ve tried so so hard to get to ya’ll, as we cant just change them on our own. Please let me know as soon as possible when this is changed to save headaches for all involved.

I received the audio file and sent an update to the shops. Consider it might take 2-3 days before each shops updates the correct files ![]()
