Hola, pagué para publicar una canción pero no pasó el control de calidad. La remastericé y volví a pagar por la masterización, pero ahora la plataforma me pide pagar de nuevo para cambiar el archivo, aunque la canción aún no fue publicada. ¿Pueden ayudarme a actualizar el archivo sin costo adicional?

Hola! Entiendo que eso sería de otro lanzamiento que sin querer dupliqué. Me llegaron estas notificaciones. Significa que ya estaría solucionado?

This means that your release ROSA ROSA passed the quality check and will be delivered to the stores. However if you don’t request the modification like I told you, there’s a risk that the release will go live with the wrong audio file.
