In order to monetize your music on YouTube, you can use the Content ID. It’s basically a identification system that allows YouTube’s algorithm to detect and monetize your music on their platform.
You can monetize your tracks through us, which means that whenever your music is detected on YouTube, we will claim the rights to it in order to collect the revenue. After that, we will add the amount collected in your monthly sales report, along with your other revenue (streams, downloads).
Since we will be claiming the content on your behalf, you might receive a claim from us when you upload your video on your channel, however please remember that this only means we’re collecting the revenue for you. Since these claims have no impact on your channel (it’s not a copyright strike), you can simply ignore them
