Waiting for payment even though it is already paid for

Hello, we have prepared a release and everything looked taken care of, however, when I go to releases it says “waiting for payment” but when I try to pay it says I have 0€ to be paid and doesn’t even give me an option to pay again. I am getting worried because the date as already been schedule with magasines and radios and the whole communication team is prepared for said release date and I am afraid this can delay our plan! I alreday sent a email for the help team on monday but still got no reply. What can I do??

Depending on you kind of subscription the release could be 0€ but you will see this screen (then it could be ok)

Unfortunately your payment was unsuccessful, so at this point you still haven’t paid for your order. Since we cannot start any process of verification or delivery before you’ve paid for your order, it’s very important that you do not start any communication before you receive a confirmation that the order has been successfully processed and that your release is on its way to the streaming platforms…

Log into your account and go to Conta > Pedidos > Fatura #3328183 > Reiniciar pagamento to restart the payment as soon as possible.
