Withdrawal has been delayed several months

Hi team,

I have withdrawn royalties since 16 Feb 2023 but so far it hasn’t entered to my bank account for a support team said that withdrawing will be processed after 30 business day. But look since February to now it is more three months already.

Please kindly take a look at the issue.
