3 weeks for spotify… but for the other platforms? My song has been published on an other artist page.
It is possible to just remove the song from all platforms and have a refound? I did all right and waited 15 days.
And sorry no, i will not have a good day ‘cause this error is a big problem for me now.

Hi @Cheyenne, I thought the issue was only for Spotify. Then, please send us all the links to your releases landed on the wrong artist profile and we’ll request the shops to make the correction.

Unfortunately, this happens many times when there are homonyms and even we make sure that shops know to create a new profile, it is hard to intervene promptly. Don’t worry, after you have your profiles, you can connect it to the release and this won’t happen again next times!

It has been published on the wrong account for every single platform i chose (i chose all platforms).
Tell me if you can do it please, if not just delete them because as said that’s a big problem for me.
I need my new account for spotify and the other platforms, as I choose on your website.
These are some of the wrong links, but again the song dropped wrong on every single platform. So i can’t write every link.

Hey @Cheyenne,

If you want us to be able to fix this, you will have to provide the following links for each platform concerned:

  1. The link to the release;
  2. The link to the wrong profile;
  3. The link to the correct profile (if you don’t already have one, write “create a new one”)

Without these links, we will not be able to send the requests to the shops. Could you please provide us these links so we can take care of it ?

PS: Unfortunately, we can’t request any changes for artist pages on Amazon Music. You’ll have to request these changes directly with them. First, you need to claim your artist profile here. Once your profile is confirmed by Amazon you can request the removal of incorrect releases from your artist page via Amazon Music for Artists :

  • Click on the incorrect album/song
  • Click on the three dot menu next to the title Select “Report Issue”
  • Once the form is complete, click “Submit”

​Amazon Music catalog experts will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Hey @Cheyenne,

  1. We’ve sent the request to YouTube so they can move the release to a new Topic channel. Please note that this is a personal channel, not an official artist channel, it’s therefore not possible to add your official releases there. If at some point you wish to have your official releases appear on your personal channel, you’ll have the option of requesting an official artist channel but for that you’ll have to wait for YouTube to create your own Topic channel first.

  2. I’ve sent the request to Apple, they’ll move the release to a new profile within the next 3 weeks :slight_smile:

So you’re suggesting that I have to claim a wrong account just to get in touch with amazon?
As i said the link https://www.amazon.com/music/player/artists/B000QKL7BA/cheyenne is wrong, so i don’t want to claim it. Just want a new one, that, again, doesn’t exist.

Recap: i don’t have a valid amazon music account, my music has been published on the wrong account, instead of having created a new one.
So now you’re suggesting me to claim the wrong profile (the one you linked) for get in touch with amazon; and to then make a request for a new account?

Hey @Cheyenne, it’s not about whether the profile is “wrong” or not, it’s simply a matter of telling Amazon that your music is mixed with another artist’s who’s sharing the same artist name as you.

Please follow my instructions and reach out to Amazon so they can fix this issue and make sure you have your own artist profile :slight_smile:
