Wrong artist appears on new release

Hello @Carlos,

as in thread Song is wrongly linked to an additional artist - #3 by Carlos I already have this issue again with my latest release EAN 4069493375954!!

Spotify shows again my Rovyn account and a “Robin Berger” account of another artist below my song:

The problem probably occurs because the other artist has my real name…!?
Does this happen when I enter my name for the “rights owner” field?

What can I do now and in the future to avoid this happening again & again?

I think the choice of the artist name is important to avoir this issue but in every case after some submission of releases the musical platforms know you and this will not happen no more

Thank you for your Feedback.
Of course I entered the correct artist :wink:, but since it is obligatory to also insert the composer, I entered my real name for the composer as well. And since there is a Spotify account with my real name (but not me) this issue seems to happen.

So I hope that imusician staff can delete the wrong artist “Robin Berger” and I would like to know how / if I can avoid this to happen in the future…?

I already told you in the previous thread that this is normal as classical releases always display the name of the composer alongside the artist name :slight_smile:

Artist = Rovyn
Composer = Robin Berger
