Wrong artist page Amazon Music

Trying to claim our Amazon music artist page, we see that our releases are mixed with other artists, and we do not have our own artist page.

Unfortunately no, we cannot request any changes for artist pages on Amazon Music. However, you can! To do so, click here to submit your request to Amazon in order to get access to your artist profile

Hi. I already did that, but the issue is that we do not have any artist profile as our releases are all on another artist profile, already claimed.
My request is to move our releases on a new artist profile, so we claim it.

Hey @TOUCAN , unfortunately, we can’t request any changes for artist pages on Amazon Music. Please follow these steps:

• Click on the incorrect album/song
• Click on the three dot menu next to the title Select “Report Issue”
• Once the form is complete, click “Submit”.

Amazon Music catalog experts will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
