Wrong charge

I broke my contract with you last year but I keep being charge. I tried talk to my ex agent but without success. In my bank they say that I have to solve it with you, so please, I need some help and I don’t know what to do, everything is so confuse and I just want my money back and definetely I don t wanna renew the subscription since last year.
