Wrong "Live" label added to all my tracks — urgent help needed

Hi iMusician team,

I’ve released an album today using iMusician (Starter plan), and I just realized that all the tracks have been labeled as “Live” on streaming platforms — this is completely incorrect.

These are studio recordings, not live performances. I need the “Live” tag to be removed from every track as soon as possible, since this affects the perception of the release.

I’ve tried to contact you via email (ch@imusician.pro), but I haven’t received a reply yet. Since I have the Starter plan and cannot open a support ticket, I’m asking here for help.

Please let me know what to do to correct this mistake.

This “Live” mention was selected during the order process for all tracks except the first one and we’ve delivered the release with the information provided to us.

If you want to correct this, please follow these steps: Modifications After Delivery | iMusician

PS: You do not have access to email support if you’re a Starter user.
