Wrong release date and problem with quality of sound on Amazon Music plateform

Hi,

Only Shame our new single is released on 06-01-2023 but we see that it has a mistake on the date on every platforms , it is written that it was released one year earlier. Can you please help us and adjust it ?

We have another problem with the quality of sound with this release on Amazon Music Plateform. from the beginning of the title the sound is not at all consistent with the piece sent. You can compare with Spotify or Youtube for example.

Thanks in advance and best regards.

Hi @Doorshan,

I’ve just send you a direct message. We will find a solution to fix these issues

Hi! I have also a problem with the release date of my digital album. Originally it was 8.02.2026. but I don’t know why on Spotify you wrote the date of physical album release so 1.12.2025. it is a problem with the promotion of the album for me.

And the next question is why on goggle search I can’t find any information about new album. Usually as soon as the album was distributed, it was a notification on Google search writing my name.

I’ll be grateful for your advice and help.
All the best,
Anna

Hey @annalipiak,

This is how Spotify chooses to display release dates. They always prioritize the earliest release date available. Evem if the digital release date is 08.02.2026, they will show 01.12.2025.

We don’t have any control over how your music is referenced on Google’s search engine.

Kind regards

But it’s not the first album I release and it’s the first situation it appears like that on Spotify. There are other issues physical premiere and digital. They probably have information delivered by you, right? The date of your distribution is not the same as album producion.

All the best,
Anna

Yes, but streaming platforms will display the original release date if you add it to your metadata. You can see that it’s the same for Apple Music:
