Wrong release date for my single on all streaming platforms

Hi everyone,

I’m contacting technical support because I’ve noticed an error with the release date of my single on all streaming platforms.

I selected 23/12/2025 as the release date, but on the platforms it appears as 17/01/2026.

This is not the correct date, and I don’t understand why a different one was taken into account.

I’m using the Starter plan, and the release is not live yet.

The digital release date for this project is 17/01/2026 as indicated on the release page of the release in your account, and not 23/12/2025.

In addition, you finalized and paid for your release on 19/12/2025 with a standard delivery, which means it was technically not possible for the release to go live just four days later, on December 23.

Hi ! As i told you, I asked for the 24 when I registered the EP. I don’t understand why the release date have been modified knowing that i paid 40€ to get this early date.
