I’ve submitted my album for release, but I’m not sure whether I activated YouTube Content ID. If not, could you enable it for me, or can I activate it after the release has gone live?

you can request a modification to your release to add Content ID. Here’s a faq how to request changes

Yes, is the album “Faticosissimi 20” with EAN code 4069493666380
