Another month of royalties without youtube - could you explain it? In last month we get information about re-calculation - ok, but it’s another month without any cent from youtube, i have asked my artists friends whose have released their music in other distributors - they get roylaties from youtube for every month - so problem is on youtube-imusician line.

I’m with you since 2019 and thing like this never happened before.
I have the same thing, reports claim that on 02/2024 there has been zero streams and income from Youtube Content ID. I have been in iMusician since 2021 and every month there is at least 1000-2000 so it is not plausible that it is suddently zero. I have not changed anything in iMusician for 2024, no new releases no changes, only logging in once a month to get new reports, etc…

The adjustments and the revenue generated from Youtube will be updated with the monthly sales update (March 2024). The sales data are being processed in the following two weeks.

On my account it seems like its final report from march, i can generate excel file with all streams and there’s no youtube.

For clarity, the report does not include a cent from March or February (Youtube)
Hey , today i received email „March 2024 sales report is now available” and as expected, there’s no youtube - so it means that two months of youtube royalties is missing now.
It’ll be calculated in next month? I just wonder why other distributors pay for youtube without situation like this?
I undestand one month - recalculation problem but two months?

Hi everyone @FlamingoCartel and @golemus, the situation seems like to persist. These recent changes on the shops sides are also affecting our payout processes, as we receive sales data and revenue directly from them.
As for now, we are sure that we need to wait until the changes are finalized and wait until the revenue comes into iMusician as well. Sorry if I informed you about sales revenue being uploaded in March sales. However, rest assured that your entitled revenue will be send to your accounts, as soon as we also receive them from the shops.
We understand the importance of timely payments and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
