Glitches: I need to speak with a HUMAN! Or at least to send an email to one

Hi everyone!
I’ve released many tracks before and decided to give it a try with iMusician but there are glitches that prevent me from completing the release, although I’ve already paid for a service.
Does anybody know how to reach out to them by email? I have a screenshot of the issue and have no time to waste with bots that never have the answer.

Never have experienced so many issues with a release. It is really annoying.
Also, at trying to create an artist profile, the machine bugs with my artist name. I’ve been there for decades.
