I created new album. Submitted it for distribution including paying the necessary fees. Fast forward a few days and I have an in-app notification saying i need to complete some things. I go to album and the stores and release date are not set. But i already set those when I submitted it the first time. So i tried to email support but there seems to be no way to get a hold of anyone. References to a ticket system but i can’t find it and going in circles on their site. How do get a hold of someone who can tell me if my album is processing as per my original submit or not?
