Missing Analytics

Greetings,

For the last few days (since 09Feb26) I am noticing the analytic data has stopped completely - it didn’t die down to 0, it just stopped. I assume this may be due to platforms/shops not posting the analytic data, so have “googled” that issue, yielding response “Spotify (et-al) have not suspended posting analytics to distributors”, so am wondering if there is any problem you are aware of.

Many thanks in advance,
Tony.

Well came here to see if I was the only one having this problem too ^^
Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer & Amazon Music stopped too for me.

It should be a bug/glitch I guess.

Might be coincidence, but I just renewed Amplify+ plan, so maybe it has something to do with the new plan structure? Hopefully is an easy fix…

Just to show what I mean but analytics stopping…

Hey @FatTony @FloMatey,

Your trends are always provded to us with a slight delay (usually it’s 5 days). Can you please keep an eye on your dashboard for the next couple of days and get back to me if the issue persists?

Quick update !

The missing datas are back, except for Spotify, still missing between Feb 9 and Feb 13 (Feb 14 is here !)

Hey @FloMatey, ok that’s weird… I’ve nudged our team so they can take a closer look. It seems that there’s an issue with the graph view because if you look at the data table, your 92 streams are there:

I’ll get back to you whenever I have an update!

Thank you !

Actually, my data is really missing the Spotify numbers (graph & data table)

Not if you manually select the tracks in the top right corner

Like that ?
Doesn’t seem to work either ?

No, if you look at my screenshot you’ll see that I selected all your tracks, not just Disco Ball.

Yes, no problem about it !
It’s just in your screenshot, the graph is “Spotify only” for every tracks, and in the data details, the 92 streams are counted for “all platforms” ?
This is what I changed in my screenshot, I selected ony “Spotify” on the graph and in the details numbers.
And the streams looks like they are missing in both parts for Spotify.

Oh you’re right, my bad! Here’s the discrepancy our team is currently looking at:

I’ll let you know as soon as I have more news on this

No problem ^^

Thank you for that !

Thanks for looking into it Carlos.

I just returned home (work trip, didn’t have internet), and see the analytics are back, but that period 9-12Feb is completely dead, not from lack of actual stream activity, as I know there were active listeners… Noting FloMatey had no streams over that period, am doubting the integrity of the data sent to you by platforms, and more users than use were probably affected…

Thanks again, Tony.
