No updates for my release (EP Rockstar Plan) EP release still under Quality Check after almost 3 weeks (Jan release)

Hi,

I submitted and paid for my Small Songs Series EP (artists: Victoria Hong) almost 3 weeks ago (USD 69 plan).

My release date is set for January, but the status is still under Quality Check / revision and I haven’t received any updates, delivery confirmation, or presave links.

Because of this, I’m unsure when I can start promotion for the release.

Could someone please let me know the current status and flag this to the Artist & Label Relations team if needed? Or who should I contact?

Your release is still waiting for a quality check. Our team is processing a large amount of releases at the moment and it may take a bit of time before yours is processed (there are more urgent releases that need to be checked first).

Don’t worry, you’ll be notified once the check is completed, but for now we thank you for your patience :slight_smile:
