I submitted and paid for my Small Songs Series EP (artists: Victoria Hong) almost 3 weeks ago (USD 69 plan).
My release date is set for January, but the status is still under Quality Check / revision and I haven’t received any updates, delivery confirmation, or presave links.
Because of this, I’m unsure when I can start promotion for the release.
Could someone please let me know the current status and flag this to the Artist & Label Relations team if needed? Or who should I contact?
Your release is still waiting for a quality check. Our team is processing a large amount of releases at the moment and it may take a bit of time before yours is processed (there are more urgent releases that need to be checked first).

Just to clarify, I understand that the release has already passed the initial internal check, and it’s currently waiting for the final quality check before delivery to stores.
My main concern at this point is the presave link / presave page. When I access the release page URL :
it only shows the cover artwork and no presave or store information.
Since the release date is January 10, I wanted to ask whether the final quality check is still pending and when I can expect the presave link or presave page to become available
I just want to make sure everything is on track so I can promote the release. Thanks again for your help and support.
That’s normal, as a Starter user you don’t have access to Pre-Save links. Regarding the links to stream your music on the different platforms, they’ll be added automatically on release day

Thank you for your message. My release is already live on streaming platforms, but I would like to add TikTok / ByteDance delivery to the release.
Currently, I only see DSPs (Spotify, Apple Music, etc.).
Please let me know how to enable TikTok.
