If your payout is still marked as “Pending” passed the normal 30 business days, it means that our team is running some additional checks before our payment can be initiated. As a result your payout may be delayed as these checks and verifications take time. Don’t worry though, we’re doing our best to make sure you get access to your revenue ASAP

This is not even a huge amount but this helps paying my rent

Unfortunately I don’t know whether these checks have to be run everytime or not (this is being taken care of by our accounting team) but I can assure you that they are doing their best to validate the payment as soon as possible.
