Release not appearing on Beatport on release date

Hello everyone,

I have a question about a release I distributed through iMusician.

My track was scheduled to be released on Beatport on March 6th, but it still hasn’t appeared on the platform yet. I would like to know if there might be a delay in the publication or if there could be an issue with the distribution.

Since I’m using the Starter plan, I don’t have access to direct support, so I decided to ask here in the community. If someone from the team could check this for me, I would really appreciate it.

I have also a release on Beatport from the 6th not available (I open a ticket for it as Amplify+). It could be a delay with Beatport.

The problem comes from the label you’ve credited in your metadata when you placed your order:

Since this label has not been registered with Beatport, the platform cannot accept releases that are linked to it. This is why you don’t see your track there.

I don’t understand your response. I have already paid for the Custom Label feature and completed the registration form for ‘Ámanae Records’ as instructed. If the track is not appearing on Beatport, it is because the release was delivered before the label was officially active in their system.

I need you to verify the actual status of my label registration request. I am not looking for general instructions; I need to know if Ámanae Records has been sent to Beatport for approval, as I have a major release coming up in April and the label must be active by then.

Furthermore, how can I resolve this if the iMusician dashboard shows the status as ‘Delivered’? If it was delivered but rejected by Beatport due to the label registration, the dashboard should allow me to adjust or redeliver, but it seems stuck. How do we ensure the track reaches Beatport as soon as the label is approved?

Yes, but if you read our pricing page you will see that, as a Starter user, you are not eligible for Beatport label registration. This is reserved to our AMPLIFY, AMPLIFY+ and AMPLIFY Pro subscribers.

If you want to distribute your music on Beatport you can either:

  1. Modify your release and use our pre-registered label iM Electronica or
  2. Upgrade your pricing plan and restart the registration process.
