Release stuck on “Pending verification of the release" for 11 days

Hi there,

My next release (EAN 4071624116657) has been pending review for eleven days; I don’t recall ever experiencing a delay like this at this stage in the past. Since one of the files had to be uploaded manually by support, I’d like to make sure it isn’t being held up for some other technical reason.

There’s also a PreSave, so I’d like to get the links as soon as possible to organize the promotion.

No don’t worry, it’s not a technical matter. Our team simply needs to prioritise other releases that are more urgent first and then they will review your order as soon as possible.
