Upcoming release is not showing up on my Artist profile on Spotify (release date March 14!)

Hi there,

This friday (March 14) my track will be released on Spotify and more music platforms.
On February 17 I got an email from you with my Spotify artist profile. I already have an artist profile (Unsupported browser) on Spotify, so I answered the mail and let you know that I want to add my new release to my excisting artist profile. I got a mail back where you was saying that the release is updated by connecting the correct profile and we will send a notification to all the shops.

At the moment I don’t see the release on my excisting artist profile at my upcoming releases on Spotify. Is this what it should be? I thought I can pitch my upcoming release to playlists. But now I can’t do that. And I don’t know sure if it will released on my excisting artist profile.

Can you give me some clarity why i dont see the track in my upcoming releases on spotify, and if the track will really be on spotify this coming friday? And on the other music platforms under my existing artist profile?

Hey @artistik, thanks for reporting this.

Unfortunately Spotify seems to have missed on the info we provided them (i.e. your existing profile) and still went on to creating you a new one. The release has been assigned to this new profile and that’s why you don’t see it in your upcoming releases :person_facepalming:

The track will be released tomorrow on the new profile I linked you to. I’m gonna send Spotify a request so they correct this asap.
