I have a music release scheduled for next month (February 25th), and I need to make a few amendments to the release name. I opened a support ticket for this change, but I haven’t received any feedback yet (which I understand can take some time).
However, I also can’t see the ticket status anywhere in my account.
The chatbot instructions say I should go to the chat and select Contact Support, where I should be able to view the status of my tickets. Unfortunately, I can’t find this ticket listed there.
Am I missing something, or is there another way to track the request?

Yeah this feature is currently unavailable due to some technical issues. However, if you contacted our team regarding this modification, they’ll get back to you asap (we’re handling a high amount of requests at the moment)
