I had lost access to my account for few years, as a result all my earnings are converted as promo credit without even an email notice (I have all your mails, no one mentions expiring earnings). This is quite fraudolent even if is written in the terms and conditions.
Lot of people already had this issue. For example:
The solution is quite simple by the way, pay your users every year.
I started my account when there weren’t subscriptions, I also payed an extra fee for every release to get 100% of my royalties, now also that seems not true anymore.
I had a lot of faith and trust in this service, sadly I regret it.
